1.1 YTubeGo ("YTubeGo", "we", "our") provides browser-based online tools for processing supported YouTube links, including video downloads and audio/video conversion ("Services") through our website (www.ytubego.com).

1.2 The Services are provided subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1.3 You represent that you are at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18, you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

II. Free Trial and Paid Services

2.1 YTubeGo provides both free trial and paid versions of the Services. The free trial gives you limited access to test the download and conversion tools.

2.2 Paid subscriptions (weekly or yearly) unlock unlimited use and can be purchased via our secure payment providers.

2.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time via your account or by contacting wqp1041@dingtalk.com.

2.4 We may revise pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions.

2.5 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part) at any time in accordance with applicable law. We shall not be liable for any modification or discontinuance.

III. License and Registration

3.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 To access certain features, you may need to register an account with a valid email address and password.

3.3 You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Services, or attempt to discover source code.

3.4 We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the website, software, and content.

IV. Privacy

4.1 Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

V. Acceptable Use and Copyright Compliance

VII. Termination and Refunds

7.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7.2 Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for reasons unrelated to product performance or service availability. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a product issue or billing error, contact wqp1041@dingtalk.com. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws.

7.3 We may terminate your access if we believe you have breached these Terms.

VIII. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE WARRANT THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY SPECIFIC VIDEO OR FORMAT.

8.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS.

8.3 OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

IX. Indemnity

9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YTubeGo and its affiliates from any claim arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

X. Non-Waiver

11.1 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

XI. Assignment

12.1 You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in whole or in part without restriction.

XII. Entire Agreement and Severability

13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YTubeGo. If any provision is found invalid, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

XIII. Language

14.1 These Terms were originally written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
